ABOUT BRIANO RUIZ
Different environments.
The same instinct
to build.
A construction project, an enterprise service engagement and a business workflow all depend on people making decisions, coordinating handoffs and following through.
My background crosses those worlds.
I’ve built homes, worked hands-on in construction and business operations, and led professional services at Cisco/ThousandEyes. Those experiences give me more than one lens for a problem.
In construction, a plan has to become something people can actually execute. In technical delivery, requirements have to become coordinated work. In an operating business, a process has to survive the day-to-day demands placed on it.
That is the thread I bring into consulting: connect the intended outcome to the way work actually gets done.
Connect the pieces.
Make the next step clear.PROCESS + SYSTEMS
Enterprise perspective. Practical questions.
My professional services leadership background at Cisco/ThousandEyes informs how I think about requirements, communication and delivery. My hands-on construction and business process experience keeps the questions grounded.
What is happening now? What evidence supports it? Who needs to act? What will make the improvement usable for the people doing the work?
Still building, still testing.
I also develop independent projects, including InStep and BidArmor, to explore how software and automation can support real workflows. These are independent projects, not claims of consulting client deployments.
I bring that same curiosity to a client problem, while separating what is established from what still needs to be tested. A useful recommendation may involve automation, a better use of your current tools, or a simpler way to organize the process.
What that means for you.
You get someone who can discuss the business problem, understand operational constraints and turn the findings into a practical delivery plan. We start with what needs to improve and agree a scope you can evaluate.
