What this form collects

Your name, email, business name, stated problem, desired help and timing. Optional fields include your website, tools, budget, role, mobile number and first-meeting preparation answers. We also record the submission date, source page, consent choices and the versions of this notice and the Terms you acknowledged.

How information is used

To review fit, respond to your inquiry, clarify requirements and maintain linked business records. Marketing preferences are separate from inquiry follow-up. An inquiry is not a purchase and does not automatically approve you as a client.

Marketing choices

Email and text marketing are independent optional choices. Declining them does not prevent an inquiry or purchase. Campaign sending is not currently connected. You may withdraw a preference by emailing hello@brianoruiz.com. Once messaging is enabled, messages must provide the applicable opt-out instructions.

Hosting and access

This website uses ChatGPT Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure for hosting and structured records. HubSpot stores contact, company and deal records after an authorized handoff. Stripe processes payments on its hosted checkout; this website does not collect card details. The client portal stores project inputs and shared deliverable links. Authorized operations tools can retrieve inquiry records for fit review. Access is restricted; inquiry records are not a public directory. Hosting providers may process technical request information for delivery, security and abuse prevention.

Security and sensitive information

The application uses HTTPS, server validation and restricted administrative access. For abuse prevention, the application uses a temporary hashed network identifier with hourly counters, removed after approximately 24 hours when submissions are processed. Do not submit passwords, financial account details, health data or confidential customer records. Secure project document and credential exchange are separate planned features, not enabled by this form.

Cookies and tracking

This application does not add advertising pixels or third-party marketing analytics. The hosting platform may use cookies or technical storage for sign-in and security. Form information is not sold or used by this application for targeted advertising.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained while needed for review, follow-up, an active engagement and applicable recordkeeping obligations. To request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of marketing permission, email hello@brianoruiz.com. Identity verification may be needed; legal obligations may limit deletion. Do not send sensitive identity documents in an initial email.

Changes and scope

Updates will be dated here. This site is intended for adults making business inquiries. Project-specific data handling and access require an agreed scope. This notice will be updated if the operator, processors or actual data practices change.
