Inquiries and fit review

Submitting the form authorizes a response about your inquiry. It does not book services, create an obligation to buy, guarantee acceptance or authorize a charge. Please provide accurate information you are authorized to share.

Engagements are agreed separately

Work begins only after scope, responsibilities, terms and payment arrangements are agreed. The Systems Opportunity Assessment fee and payment arrangements are confirmed in your engagement agreement before checkout. It focuses on one business problem, up to three connected workflows, three tools and two stakeholder sessions, plus the report and findings walkthrough. Production changes and implementation are excluded and quoted separately.

Delivery is within five business days after payment, agreed materials and stakeholder sessions are complete. The delivery date is confirmed at kickoff. Client delays require a revised date. Cancellation, refunds, ownership, confidentiality and acceptance terms belong in the engagement agreement; upfront payment is not presented as automatically nonrefundable.

Information and outcomes

Website examples illustrate an approach and are not promises of savings, revenue or client results. Recommendations depend on the scope and evidence available. Independent projects are not represented as consulting client deployments.

Appropriate use

Do not misuse the form, attempt unauthorized access or submit content you have no right to share. Do not include passwords or confidential customer data. Website content is provided to explain services; permission to use a client’s materials is established separately.

Privacy and marketing

The Privacy Notice describes information handling. Accepting these Terms does not subscribe you to marketing. Email and SMS marketing require separate optional choices.
